Donz Auto Detail Service Agreement
This Service Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for mobile detailing services provided by Donz Auto Detail. By booking our services, you agree to the following:
Service Scope: Donz Auto Detail will perform services based on the selected package and any additional agreed-upon services.
Customer Responsibilities: Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the scheduled time. Remove any personal belongings for thorough detailing.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours before the appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Liability: Donz Auto Detail will not be responsible for pre-existing damage or issues discovered during detailing. We will take utmost care to prevent any damage
